Carol graciously walked us through the sale of my parents' home (estate). She spent time offering advice of things to do to get the house ready for the market and provided contacts of good help. Carol was wonderful to work with. We had an extremely long distance purchase (from Hawaii), and had a very tight time schedule to view properties. Carol arranged all of our showings in a short time period and gave us valuable feedback on the pros and cons of each neighborhood and home.
