Homes do not "sell themselves". That is why you hire a realtor. However, Carol Juntunen needs to stick with Estate Sales, where the seller cannot "speak up"! Immediately, I knew we had a problem when after our initial open house, she was "excited" because there were 10 different group that had come through the property, so I asked her how many of those 10 groups she had followed up to assess true interest.
