She is thorough and knowledgeable. Its a wonder to watch her work; she is obviously very skilled. At our first visit, I could tell she was different than my son's past Doctors; And then she started caring for my daughter (who hated Doctors) and the magic was obvious. it is hard to put into words...she is just better at it...and I feel confident my children are in good hands.
Dr im has been my doctor since I was 8 so almost 11 years. She is excellent with figuring out a problem without us having to wait a long time.
