I just want to warn others!!! My daughter and her soon-to-be ex-husband we're working on some custody issues and he hired this lady for his lawyer. First of all she put in the paperwork that they got married when my daughter was 7 years old!!!!! My daughter was pregnant at the time and she knew it and her soon-to-be ex-husband knew it but on the paperwork they put there was no children. Over the past year I have observed the way Carol Hutcherson has carried herself through the eyes of a friend, transcripts and phone conversations. At this time I cannot recommend this office to deal with cases where a guardian ad litem is needed.
