Pat is amazing! We just bought our first home with Pats help. He was very knowledgeable and patient and answered every question that we had and even taught us a lot about what to look for when buying a home. Awful they did not know what they were doing I purchased a condo from them Carol has herself never even walked into the condo and she got paid for this her follow-up is awful and her husband is even worse. Carol did not know the market she told me to sell my house for 365 I listed it for 4:25 it's sold in one day my condo was listed at 189 she told me to sell it for 2:01 and told me not to get a home inspection on the condo obviously this lady is not in tune with the market and I don't think she's up to date her follow-up is... read more
