I recently represented the buyer on one of this managing broker's agent's listings, and the experience was extremely disappointing. During commission negotiations, her agent (Casey) appeared to respond without consulting his seller, giving take-it-or-leave-it statements and attempting to deduct a $495 fee from my commission. Nicole and Carole were excellent in helping us sell our home. They were responsive and very quickly adaptive to the changing environment. They managed every that came up along the way and made the selling experience as seamless as possible.
Do not ever use this business. The customer service is beyond horrible and they treat you like trash. I spoke to Casey Rybaltowski asking if a property had been rented out through them, because I had received an email from the owner explaining that they had fired their agent and wanted to rent it out privately. So, I wanted to verify this was not a scam by asking Casey if this was true.
