We bought a home through Carol last week that I am sure would be considered "chicken feed" for most realtors. Under $55k! Instead, Carol treated us like ROYALTY and FAMILY, communicating at all hours of the day and going far far beyond what we expected. What I wanted in a realtor: Educated with plenty of experience on buying & selling! Works with a reputable broker! Not afraid to be aggressive and fight for me, after all this is a big financial purchase! Open, clear and HONEST communication!
