We chose Carol Godinez because she was recommended by our banks realty program. We were moving coast to coast with very little time to plan and several other complex factors in play. She was immediately communicative, pro-active and organized and had a long list of homes to show us during a short trip to the area. She was so helpful and responsive throughout a very complicated closing process. I cannot recommend Carol highly enough. She’s just wonderful!

Carol is an absolutely AMAZING realtor and person. She truly went above and beyond for us. We were working with a fairly new builder and without having to ask, she fought for us when we faced frustrations because of the builders unorganized paperwork. Carol went above and beyond to always make sure our questions were answered and made the experience of buying our first new build home an easy one.
