Dr. Folette is a great dentist! Very caring, tells you the truth about what you actually need done versus trying to upsell you. She's great, 10/10.
Dr. Follette took care of a delicate situation with my tooth doing a great job to avoid having to do a root canal. Rona was very thorough in cleaning my teeth and provided good instructions and support for maintaining one's teeth between visits. A+
The office staff are lovely and pleasant, and Dr. Follette also seems nice. However, I didn’t love the tone she used when speaking to her dental assistant — it felt dismissive at times. Despite the friendly staff, I had a negative experience during both of my visits. It took months to get an initial appointment due to lack of availability, which was already frustrating. Excellent teeth cleaning by Rona. Terrific staff Carol Follette DDS is the best.
Finding Dr. Carol Follette was a godsend! Not only has she taken care of my teeth so brilliantly, but I have even taken my 88-year old mother to her. Mom Love her, despite being dentist phobic!! I can highly recommend her and her nice friendly staff.
