The apartments are pretty family friendly and the neighborhood is a decent one. So if you're like me and you can't afford to live in the really nice neighborhoods then I'm confident anyone will be able to make a home there.
I lived there when I was younger. The air-conditioning leaked. It's was awful. the pool area was a safety hard, especially when they put in a playground there and the playground was crappy. There was a huge roach problem as well.
