Hello everyone 1 very recommanded .I just recently moved in the apartment is clean with a new kitchen ,new appliances I love the area is nice n quiet . Ana is very polite,patient and helpful and walks you perfectly step by step on what is needed too get the appt. Im very happy with my new place ☺️
I am a full time grad student and the listing I saw said there was preferrential leasing to grad students and healthcare workers. When I called the leasing office and asked, she said "I don't know if we have any promotions going on" ????? Then when she asked for my income after I said I was looking for a 1 bedroom for 2 people, she told me both of our incomes cannot be calculated unless we are married….. I was apartment hunting and came across a one-bedroom listed for $1,850. The location looked great and the photos were appealing, so I called the leasing office to schedule a tour. During the call, the representative was solely focused on income requirements and showed little interest in allowing me to view the apartment. Mandatory monthly extermination due to CONSTANT BUGS mainly spiders roaches and centipedes!! VERY DIRTY POOR PRESENTATION/INACCURATE DESCRIPTIONS. BIG CRACKS & HOLES EVERYWHERE THROUGHOUT THE APARTMENT! Want you to pay the same as luxury apartments for way less as they also lack central air/no amenities. DO NOT MOVE HERE RUN AWAY!! THEY’RE REBRANDING/CHANGING NAME FOR A REASON!!
DO NOT RENT HERE . DIRTY, BUGS EVERYWHERE … THEY GIVE YOU BUG TRAPS THAT DOES NOT HELP…. DIRTY LAUNDRY ROOM IN BASEMENT YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
