BIG CRACKS & HOLES EVERYWHERE THROUGHOUT THE APARTMENT! Want you to pay the same as luxury apartments for way less as they also lack central air/no amenities. DO NOT MOVE HERE RUN AWAY!! THEY’RE REBRANDING/CHANGING NAME FOR A REASON!!

The super at the St. James apartments is always incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind. I always know that any issue in the apartment will get resolved efficiently.
