Purchased a house with Thomas S. Riedel as the listing agent and buyer's agent. I was "handled" the entire time. None of my concerns were addressed beyond blind blanket assurances. No actual facts were provided unless it had to do with my signature going on paper. Tom Riedel's main concern was the seller. Unfortunately, Tom also had fiduciary responsibilities to me that were completely ignored according to at least one real estate attorney. Bonnie Wetmore is fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable in real estate, as well as banking..which is hugely helpful. Carol is extremely helpful in looking for houses. She goes out of her way to help in anyway she can. Carol is thorough, knows what the client's taste in a home is, and does not give up until the house is bought. Very friendly and outgoing.
