Dr. Ketchen and all of the staff (especially Kristy - I think that was her name) are so kind and caring. I’ve never had any doctor just sit and listen so patiently as Dr. Ketchen. She didn’t try to rush me or make me feel judged even once. She took my concerns and nervousness into consideration and took extra care to make me feel comfortable. Not one thing. I even recommended that she give classes on bedside manner and active listening. All people are much better when they feel seen and HEARD, Dr. Ketchen also converses with patients instead of talking at them. I have recommended her to anyone who’s inquired about a new OBGYN but she’s also a Wonderful person , and that makes all the difference in the world to her patients.
She explained everything to me. She will find out if there is a problem. She doesn't miss anything! She is caring and understanding, and very good bedside manner. I would recommend her to any woman who needs a good OBGYN.
I highly recommend Dr. Carol Ketchen. She takes time to listen and offer suggestions and goes the extra mile in her care of her patients. Her staff is very friendly and helpful as well.
