Unfortunately Mick blocked me from responding his review on Google, so I guess I will respond here. Yes, I do believe you don’t want to BUY the house…because you want to SELL the house. Nice wording, by the way. Your website even says you specialize in probate real estate. So, no - I don’t believe you are being nice and trying to help people for free. I believe you are trolling public record probate cases to find people who have lost a loved one so you can get an easy listing. It’s truly disgusting.
They were the worst realtors I have ever had the experience of working with. They made us change so many things in our home and cost us thousands of dollars that were totally unnecessary and then we got far less than the asking price. I wouldn't trust them again ever!
