Lovely compassionate doctor who really listens!
I made an appointment with her about five months ago for a physical exam. But her office cancelled my appointment just one week before the appointment. I was trying to rescheudle with her but was told her next appointment will be five months later. This is very unprofessional and very inconsiderate approach because her office basically just wasted five months of my time, and I could see other provider earlier. Her office made zero effort to accomondate their cancelled appointments at all.
I would not recommend Dr. Marinch. I went in to see her for my annual check-up and told her that my body was pretty itchy. When I showed her my skin, she said that it looks like bed bugs and gave me all kinds of paperwork on bed bugs. I did everything she said and nothing got better. I then went in to see a dermatologist who told me I had eczema. I would think a Northwestern Medical doctor should know the difference between bed bugs and eczema! I have since switched doctors.
