I completely agree with the other reviews. Carol is the boundary queen. Boundaries are tough—especially when you didn’t grow up with any. She can get you to that healthy balance. She is absolutely solution-based. She also has the best resources like books, audio recordings, local organizations, and other professionals to contact to get you the care and knowledge that you need. Carol is excellent in her skill to help set healthy boundaries. I like the fact that she is always solution focused, I have lived the problem.
10/10 would recommend. Carol is very intuitive and empathetic, very knowledgeable about congnitive behavioral therapy. Very relaxing home office.
