When calling to make an appointment the woman was beyond rude on the phone complaining that certain patients drove her nuts. The woman that repairs glasses was 15 minutes late which is fine but while waiting at least 5 patients came in saying their glasses were not fitted correctly. While waiting for our glasses another customer came in with two pair to have them re adjusted, she was also treated as though she was a complete hassle. In went to Dr. Balfe on a suggestion from my boyfriend for a second opinion. My last 2 scripts were wrong. With her recommendation of a pair of bi-focals, I can now see better than ever. She is very professional and so is her staff. I will be going back for a better pair of glasses with progressive len's.
