RecommendedCarod Properties, a firm that loves what they do. I worked with Carod to obtain both a commercial and residential property. Each experience was pleasant and professional. I would recommend this firm for any real estate need.
While I love my home, I have been less than satisfied with my experience with Carod Properties as a renter. I have experienced lack of communication, lack of professionalism, condescending tones, and an argumentative nature on numerous occasions. When you bring something to their attention they act as if it is all your fault (as if the communication was clear and concise from the beginning). Carod Properties is the worst ever. They must have written these reviews themselves. Check other sites. They are rude and money thirsty. Don't believe this site and do Not trust Carod Properties to find you a home. They don't deserve the star I had to give them.
Do you know these people got upset because I paid the mother of my children’s rent? My landlord was HUMAN and didn’t charge me rent the past 2 months. My kids mother didn’t get UE because she switch careers last year and didn’t make enough at the new job. She is fighting it now. So I paid her rent. These people got upset, sent some email about I need to fill out a application to pay her rent and that they were going to add a charge to a FREE service zelle in particular because that’s how I paid it. 1 star. My house is not up to code and the property manager has not repaired ANYTHING. It is covered in mold, the heat wasn't working, there were gas leaks, the doors are not weatherproof, exterminators have not been called in years, and there are areas that are decaying. Code enforcement deemed a total of 7 violations. Carod has known about this since they became the property managers and they have not repaired anything. I was probably the worst good tentant bad at on time payments good at keeping it all clean n together But these ladies are wonderful even when they are upset trying to get you to see or when you get in a jam they look or you something cheaper I should have taken the deal but I wouldn't have what I have now a debt free house to me LOL thank you all for all you do you ladies are awesome
