Outsourced call reps caused my account to be frauded by not getting me a new debit card when i initially requested it. One rep told me that a pending transaction was reversed on my card after I blocked it on March 29th. After i unblocked it, 390 dollars worth of transactions showed up on my account on April 2nd. Tried to open an account. I went through a bunch of hoops and deposited my minimum funds. I was told to come pick up my and my wife's debit card. I went to pick it up and the lady made me jump through more hoops. I was asked if I planted to set up direct deposit. I said yes but was still denied a bank card. I asked why and was told I didn't have enough money in the account to do the transfer. I asked what the minimum amount was for and the response I got was "that doesn't mean we have to give you a debit card". I felt that I... read more
