Jordan at the Rosewood location has gone above Ana beyond for me twice recently. I didn’t think I would be such a needy banker but I’ve had two kind of off the wall issues in the past month that was nothing of their doing that he helped me with kindly, professionally, and immediately. His customer service is unfortunately not something seen enough these days and I would like to say he has restored my faith in Columbia, if only for today. Haha. Great customer service
CARO has been helpful in the past with loans however their online system is a joke. We have paid several payments from our other External bank for years....but now all the payments are not going through! Its happened several months. Their online payment system offers no email or texts confirmation for payments. All I have are screenshots once I pay. Once we were reported to credit bureau after their system has been kicking payments out. I have called and complained but with no real resolve except " well you can give us a pay... read more
