With mergers, multiple corporate changes, the downsizing and consolidation of employees, the customer experience, friendly services and resolution has deteriorated to nonexistentance. The quality of online and call centers services has deteriated beyond acceptable. Good luck trying to get access to a human being. Consistently gone downhill over the past 5 years. Recently forced an app update that took 4 days, and now that’s it’s updated it doesn’t accept any combination of password for the new account you’re forced to make and agree to the new terrible terms of service. This place has turned into a joke. I’ll be closing my account with me ASAP.
Outdated online banking (even after recent "upgrade), poor customer service, no Zelle, terrible mobile app, forced "overdraft protection", overall terrible banking experience.
