Mike (the owner of Caro Pools) is not professional. He does not stand by his pools or help you when there is a problem. He never returns phone calls so once he has his money he is done with you. The quality of the pool is ok. The Liner has been gapping, their are bumpy hard rock feelings under the Liner and when I would ask him about it all he says Is everything is normal. He does not try and help you fix a problem. He also made my sun deck to deep and said that was a normal depth of a sun deck which after research it is not... read more
