To be honest if I could give them no stars I would. I made an appointment in advance. I dropped It off a few minutes after 8:30. Joann at the front desk rudely let me know that I was late. I asked how long it would take and she stated all day and then verified my phone number. I drove by several times throughout the day and saw that starting out around 2:30 it was parked out front. I had a terrible experience with this business. I scheduled an appointment to have my car detailed. The person at the front desk was okay the first couple of times I spoke to her but later I felt was very rude and unprofessional. I called the day before my appointment and was greeted by a voice mail message. I left a a message asking if it was okay if I could bring my car in a little later than originally scheduled (9 instead of 8 or 8:30) and told them to call me if this was a problem.
