My husband and I can be pretty picky on our food and this restaurant didn't disappoint. My husband ordered the Garlic Melt (tri-tip) and I ordered the California Club. We also sampled the pastrami and pulled pork. All of the meats were tender and well cooked and seasoned just enough to accent the meat. Everything tastes fresh and the customer service was spot on. Carnivores will be our new go to spot in Turlock.
Just tried the Tri tip sandwich at the Turlock farmers market. Deeeelish!!! Excellent quality and flavor!

Amazing food! My kids loved it too and not to mention my husband he is now determined to try every sandwich , definitely our new favorite! And not to mention the service is amazing.
The deliciousness of the food matches the hospitality of the service. Kind, friendly, and informative. I've tried several of the sandwiches and sides and have not been disappointed. A few years ago they catered a graduation party for my son and daughter and the service was beyond amazing and the food hot, delicious, and out of this world. Our guests had nothing but praise for the food. Please give this tasty sandwich shop a try because they put love into every morsel.
