The restaurant has a good atmosphere; the music is nice, and the performers were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the service at our table didn’t match that energy. Our server, Oscar P, had unwelcoming communication skills. He also seemed quite impatient and visibly annoyed that we weren’t ready to order right away. Really bad customer service
We were a big group of girls some of us speak Spanish the waitress who’s name is OSCAR was pretty racism he refused to speak Spanish to us and also his way to respond wasn’t the best , at the end we bring our own cake and they charge $2.50 for slice they cut for a cake we bring.. it’s a little unrealistic ..the experience from customer service start to end was not the best specially because we were a big group , and we plan this types of get together all the time .. defined not coming back
We’ve been there 2 weeks in a row because the food was great but most importantly the service was outstanding! Tony A has been our waiter both times and his food recommendations were on point. Chef Carlos came out to check-in on our food experience which made our time at Carnaval even more enjoyable.
