Angel was the man. The dinner was very good but service was impeccable. Highly recommend for a fun dinner
If you’re ever considering trying Carnivale or trying their happy hour - this is your sign to GO! Their shrimp quesadillas were amazing, happy hour drinks were priced at the perfect price point. Angel was the cherry on top to our happy hour birthday event. If you ever are considering trying Carnivale GO! And request Angel as your server - he’s the BEST! He has the best recommendations and truly will make your visit pleasant.

Went to the Sunday Salsa Brunch at Carnival hosted with Latin Street Dance. For $70 dollars per person you get an appetizer, 1st course, 2nd course, dessert, and 3 mini dance lessons. The food portions were enough that we all took home left overs. I had a seafood plate that was excellent, and the tres leches cake was outstanding. We had fun and enjoyed the music and lessons. The service for our table of 9 was not very good. We were the second group to arrive but received very slow service. We had a wait of 15 minutes before our appetizers were ordered. Then waited another 15 or 20 minutes before they arrived. After dinner was over we waited 20 minutes for the check then gave up and proceed to the front check in.
