Your reviews consist of family and friends to give you the five star rating the only other people that give you five stars is who you haven't donated your equipment to. Equipment is dirty, customer service is rude, your organization is untimely. When we informed you that the bouncy house was dirty you informed us that you wouldn't be able to come and clean it cause u had prior plans instead you offer a full refund and that never happened. If I could rate this company lower than 1 star I would. On 8/6/2016 I had a rental reservation for my son's 3rd bday. On the day of the rental carnival was scheduled to arrive for set up at 2pm. At 2:10pm I called to check if maybe the drivers were lost or needed directions. Beverly said that she had me down for 8/7/2016 not the 6th. My invoice she emailed me after I paid my deposit clearly had printed the 6th of august. She rectified that problem immediately and sent her crew out with the bouncy house. Beverly and her crew were always prompt and on top of everything for all the years that I booked with them for Kearney High Schools After-Prom Event from 2005-2009. You won't be disappointed with them!!! :-)
