The worst Cruise Lines ever, with the over billing and automatic gratitudies of 18%, that should be unlawful. I was billed twice for the same beverage package. Do not use a credit card or debit card with this greedy Cruise Line . I was NOT impressed with Firenze. The food was not good at all.The service is slow. I did enjoy electric bike ride on excursion in Cabo, those guys were great and very patient with customers. They deserve the 18% gratuities, not Carnival staff
