Had to call support to try to fix an issue, upgrade our room and add another guest....totally get why Carnival has such a terrible reputation now. Tried to force me to create a PIN I will never remember and refused to just ask me authentication questions. Which is what I was told they would have to do anyways when I forget the PIN. Then when I gave in I was told I wasn't able to use the 4 digit PIN I selected and she told me to use my birth year. Carnival is akin to: The poor man's Porsche A floating golden corral The entry level fraternity That being said - I love cruising on carnival and have tried others and will only come back to sail again on carnival! It's a party boat Which we love The food has gotten way way way better in the last few years Exceptional value for your money - if you like to party especially We always have an amazing time with them!
My cruise was wonderful. Room clean, service was excellent. Food great.
