Balcony sailors beware! Let's just say i will let you read the email that was sent to my wife with names redacted from email. This is how they treat their guests. It was the wife's 50th birthday which her parents came with for a little back story. We did 2 seperate balcony rooms and found that from a gutter from the smoking deck had been leaking on them in the morning when they went to the balcony to drink their coffee and eat their breakfast and take in the morning view. This was one of my worst experience! I took my daughter and my granddaughter on the first cruise. Whenever we got into our cabin one bed was made the other bed had dirty landings and it’s like the hair like things on the floor, but the housekeeper cleaned up one of our beds was made so I contact the Care service about that they sent someone in the clean room so the night before my departure we came back from our dinner.
