Carnival's shore-based staff is very rude; you call, and they hang up on you. To me, it feels like discrimination because my English isn't very fluent they just hang up. This has happened four times when calling customer service specifically that number just to ask a question. I find it disrespectful and lacking in professional ethics. No matter where you're from or what language you speak, basic courtesy is paramount.
