Had a great time
Just went on a cruise on the Princess Shapire to Alaska. The cruise was alright, but the food was horrible. We had one ok meal in 7 days trying every restaurant and the buffet. How can you ruin simple bacon and eggs? The fish was aways overcooked. We were shocked how they could mess up everything even the simple stuff like sauces. Never will we go on princess.
We took an 8 day cruise to the Bahamas in early July on the Carnival Dream. We loved the ship! I could write a small book about all the good. The food, the shows, the specialty dining had the Steakhouse. We went twice and greatly enjoyed both dinners. Meanwhile, the main dining was equally good. Carnival Freedom went on the echo offer from the previous cruises. Had a suite with a large balcony. Picked a hot time on July 4th, but the staff, food made a great vacation. A shout-out to our cabin staff " Mr. We" he was amazing . Casino host " Barbra", and all the staff! Wonderful job!!! A few issues with dinner reservations, and the Crab restaurant but, our host made up for it. Can't say thank you enough! All the food was good. The steak house staff and food were the best.
