Love the carnitas and customer service with the previous owner Pascual. Sadly the new owners have to make better choices in staff. I called in to order a party package which is on the menu and I was left on hold, someone then picked up and asked me again what my order was going to be only to then gave them out the phone down. They were clueless and even called my husband crazy because he called them back after they hung up on me. We will definitely choose a different place for further catering options.
Very bad service. I called to place an order (i have ordered party trays many times over the phone) the girl that answered the phone put me on hold without mute, she started calling me names. She did not know that I was listening, when I questioned why was she calling me names, she just hung up. I will never buy there again.
Good food
The volume of the music is excessive. My orders are consistently incorrect. The food contains an inordinate amount of salt. I cannot recommend this establishment.
Si te quieres sentir ignorado Este es El lugar correcto . Sus cajera Creo que SE olvido que esta a trabajando yo otra persona una sola mesa ocupada y no pudo en mas 10 min decir deme un Segundo es toy con ustedes sinplemente SE desaparecio y nos dejo si no quieren vender mejor cierren
