I’m going to give this place another shot, I’ve heard they have great carnitas. Unfortunately they were out of carnitas on a Saturday early afternoon. For a place called Carnitas el Artista that is very disappointing. I ended up trying the asada tacos plate. Asada was gamey, rice under cooked and the beans were so runny I didn’t even try them. For spending upwards of $20 and tipping $4 I must say this was a big disappointment. I hope this is an off day for them and next time they can live up to the hype I’ve seen online.
This is my go to when hitting Sofia, kia or intuit dome. Always friendly with the best tacos. The Mix Tacos are the best!
