Today we ordered the ‘carnitas’ torta .. very disappointed. While there was lots of shredded meat, it was dry, and undistinguishable from other shredded meat: think Arby’s beef. I’ve had carnitas tortas in different parts of Mexico including Michoacán all excellent. The carnitas were typically in Chunks and juicy.
