Dr. Eric is excellent. We did an ear mold here for my infant daughter. From the initial consultation he was extremely kind and patient in answering all of our questions and concerns. He is very knowledgable and passionate about the subject and the results yielded significant improvements to the ear. He also accepted my insurance whereas many other providers would not.
Highly recommend if your child might be nervous. Dr. Carniol saw my daughter (3yo) after she took a bad fall. Her teeth had cut through her upper lip late Sunday night. They saw us first thing Monday morning. Dr. Carniol was cheery and so kind with my daughter (and me!) and he made the entire process so easy (felt swift without feeling rushed). Dr. Eric is a gifted plastic surgeon, who will make the whole experience of cosmetic surgery approachable and comfortable. He kindly answered all my questions even before I asked most of them, which really put me at ease in his thoughtful care. It's been slightly over a year since my procedure and everything looks perfect! I can't recommend him enough.
