Had my Q50 serviced was done in an hour (car hadn't been serviced in 1 and a half yrs) and came out better than when I got it. Throttle repose was better, and brakes were snappy. They asked before charging for air filters and wipers, which I appreciated and was all for a great price 😊 🙏
Great experience with them. The only repair shop responded to me in the middle of holidays when most of the car repair shops are closed! Although it took some days to repair my car due to waiting for the delivery of parts during holidays, which is understandable. Thanks Rajesh!
I have a truck which needed brake work done on for a compliance check. Another mechanic didn't deal with the issue properly after two separate visits. I dropped it off to Carnics and they found the issue straight away and had it back to me within 24 hours. The VTNZ guy carrying out the compliance check said they had got the brakes bang on perfect. I would happily return here and recommend the team to anyone. Friendly team, great communication and a very happy customer.
