I would avoid this business if you value respectful customer service. Mistakes with orders are completely understandable, but when I asked to double-check that my order was correct, the owner responded with sarcasm instead of addressing the issue professionally. It felt like they were blaming me for hearing the order incorrectly rather than taking the time to resolve the mistake. Customer service could definitely use improvement.
Best meat in town!
The food, especially the carne asada, is honestly the main reason I keep coming back. The quality of the meat is great and it’s one of my favorite places for that reason alone. Unfortunately, the customer service has consistently been disappointing. The older man working behind the counter always seems irritated and uninterested in helping customers.
