They really stand behind their work! I have used Carney & Son on two different occasions, once to repair my unit and once to replace it. On both occasions Mr. Carney walked me through exactly what was being done and what the problem was which I reall appreciate. They installed the unit in one day and cleaned up the mess wonderfully. I did have a problem with the unit but I gave him a call and he was over taking a look at it within the hour (it was a hot summer day so this was important).
