My sister and I ordered flowers for my mom to celebrate her retirement, and they never arrived. We have tried to contact the company countless times via phone, email, and in person. No luck. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
Horrible, unacceptable customer service. Ordered a delivery 3 days in advance for Monday delivery and was notified on Tuesday (the day after the scheduled delivery) that the order was cancelled and not delivered. Horrified for my recipient that was supposed to be receiving a specific gift each day and can't believe the service and lack thereof. One would think if a delivery couldn't be delivered on the scheduled paid for date, someone would call you!!
