The scheduling person Peggy is very rude. She tried to state that they’ve left me four voicemails which is a complete lie. I told her a voicemail was left on Saturday and she got an attitude saying “why didn’t you call back then”. The voicemail was left at 11:20am they closed at 1:00pm. Excuse me I was unable to call back before you closed. It’s Monday and I’m calling back now. I do not recommend.
I used to love Carney Animal Hospital, but since Dr. Ed is no longer there the place is not the same. I had gone there with multiple cats for 30 years, I loved Dr. Ed (or Dr. J as I called him). Today I called to try to get an appointment for one of my cats who is sick; the girl on the phone kept me on hold for at least 10 minutes, then told me that I couldn't get an appointment for at least 2 weeks, but that if my cat was sneezing I should "try to take him somewhere." RecommendedDr. Andrew for my dogs. Dr. Howard was great for Puppy's teeth extractions.
Always friendly, quick, & efficient! We switched over to them probably 2 years or so ago, and there’s been no problems. 10/10 would recommend

Dr. Howard and the entire staff at Carney Animal Hospital are excellent! The level of service covers all important bases, their care for animals is genuine, and the customer service is great. Also, the pricing is super reasonable without sacrificing a bit of quality. Highly recommend!!
