I have been calling since Tuesday. Only their answering service picks up. The lady with the answering service said the told her they were short handed and she just takes messages and prays someone calls the people back. My mom see another doc at this practice and has the same issue. I really hope Lexington Medic Center quits Referring people to them. And once I am better I will do everything in my power to make that happen. I was told to be seen within 3 days. What do they care if I have too much pressure on my brain? My kid... read more
This office is a JOKE! I have been calling all day to simply ask if they still have medical records that my husband needs for an upcoming appointment at Duke. First, when I called after 8:30 AM I was told that the office opens at 8 but they do not start taking calls until 9:30!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Anyway...I start calling around 10AM and still get the answering service. Outstanding
I am so very disappointed in the level of care my mom has received here. We have been shuffled around by different doctors since May trying to find an answer to her issues. That is a whole other tangent in itself- but here goes about Dr. Carnes, his office and his staff. The office waiting room is probably the most depressing waiting room I've encountered.
