Sebastian showed us such hospitality and kindness and was a fast and safe driver. Very grateful for the superior service!
Beautiful property with great amenities. However, while the Staff are great, the property is severely understaffed which causes service to fall far short of five-star. We had several instances of waiting 30 minutes plus (at the pool, at breakfast, at dinner) to get a waiter's attention or just to get our check so we could get on with our day. Great potential, but needs investment. Shout out to Cole at Post - highly recommend the tastings with great service and amazing explanations of the wine and their producers.
Locals and Tourist need to do this! Major Hack! Take advantage of going to the market for a coffee or lunch. They have a fabulous, everything, fresh smoothies, paninis, fresh pastries. Then you can take your goodies and go sit outside and like you a HIGH ROLLER who is staying there. The covered lounge area is awsome!
