For the price paid, this is a huge disappointment, The front desk was distant and did not have the patience to clearly point out how to get to our room (Poppy), which was really hard to find; my "upgraded" room did not have a simple desk and the patio door cannot be locked; the breakfast barely has any hot items; just overall did not feel welcoming as a 5 star hotel.
