I have used Dr. George Tao's services for many years and have been very pleased with his services. Not just his wisdom and experience, but also his craft and technique. I have probably seen close to 15-20 different dentists over my lifetime, and I can say he is one of the best in the industry. I have been to other offices that provided really poor service. Dr. Ho-Yin Leung is a marvel for periodontal surgery as my experience on 2 separate occasions occurred without any discomfort or pain. Interestingly, the pills prescribed for post surgical pain were never used due to his precise surgical expertise and honed techniques. The worst customer service ever. Call regarding an estimate of the work that is being done as I wanted to know how much my insurance cover and how much out of packet. Come to find out that they do not submit claims to the insurance as they only charge what the insurance does not cover (supposedly)Call my insurance company and a root canal should be 250 out of packet and they want to charge thousands of dollars. I was a patient at this dentist office for about 2 years and Dr. Tao wasn't a very knowledgeable dentist. He kept on saying, "you need a root canal, you need a root canal" and couldnt properly diagnose my teeth pain issues correctly. Plus they don't offer PFM crowns that my insurance covered, because of his arrogance, and the staff not properly presenting co pay fees, I had to change my dentist to a dental group that actually covers PFM crowns and properly and honestly shows me a printed co pay of fees that matched my schedu... read more
