Disappointing follow-through across two appointments with Dr. Sophie Wann I've seen Dr. Wann twice and have been frustrated both times by a lack of follow-through on basic requests. I asked her to email my blood test and cervical screening results neither was sent. I requested a mental health plan, which GPs can action within a single appointment, it wasn't done. I have had multiple consults with Dr Laurence Elder. He was thoughtful and very proactive, and has ended up resolving/meeting my health needs where a couple of other (still decent) GPs had not been able to.
Excellent medical practice! Highly attentive, personable and knowledgeable medical staff and reception. Dr Laurence was able to identify my medical issue immediately following months of failed treatment at a private hospital. Nurse Cathy is incredibly kind, generous with her time and a fantastic nurse practitioner and Dr Kelly Huang is a great shared care provider.
