I’ve always had such a positive experience at Carnegie Medical Centre. The reception staff are wonderful & welcoming, always helping me in a friendly and efficient manner. Every doctor I have seen has been highly professional, caring and thorough, taking the time to listen to my concerns. They are always gentle in their care and explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find a clinic that combines both professionalism and warm service. I highly recommend Carnegie Medical!
I have on the most part been happy with the services this clinic has provided… that was until my iron infusion on 29th September. Despite booking for a long appointment and mentioning to the doctor a week prior that I would be coming in the following to week to receive my infusion, there must have been some miscommunication and the nurse was not told that I would be coming in.
