I lived in a Carnegie building for 2 years. In the first month the fire marshals came in, kicked everyone out while they inspected and then condemned a third of the apartments. Then we were locked off the roof without any notice, and the roof is the MAIN attractive feature of the building and was listed as a place for public use. Now as I move out I find that Carnegie publically listed my phone number as the contact info for anyone who wants to take a look without asking my permission. Best managemnt – i very good experiance with this management, they take pride in their building and keep it nice and clean, great staff, good building to live
Great Place Fro All... – From all places I lived in, this is my favorite place. I love the windows- lots of light and the layout is great too. Anyone looking to live in this area - its the perfect fun for all place. Ignore the bed-bug issue as that was an old issue long taken care of. I have never come across any bugs and have asked neighbors which told me so too.
