I get good support for my health here but wait times are a little long

Dr Merian Koh is consistently thorough, caring and attentive. She listens without rushing me, explains things clearly and ensures I am heard, understood and supported. She also gives me wonderful tips to help with the little ones when it comes to administering medicine. I really appreciate her thoughtful approach and the time she takes to understand what is going on. Similarly, Dr Sharma is also excellent and is particularly awesome with my young children. Been here 3 times. Average 45 minutes waiting time after you arrive on time. Why don’t just tell us to come later? The doctors are reasonable which you would expect from a private clinic. But the waiting is making me consider switching.
I have been seeing Doctor Merian Koh and some years now and I just wanted to leave a review to say how much I appreciate her and the kindness she shows in not only medical ailments, but family and just overall care. She is also incredibly funny, and in stressful times she brings light to not such great times in your life and for that Im incredibly grateful. The reception staff are also always so incredibly helpful for admin related challenges with children and files and follow up things quickly so thank you! 5 stars plus!
