I had a wonderful experience at this clinic, especially thanks to the receptionist on duty last Wednesday. I was waiting quietly at the front door for a blood test, I haven’t had any food even water in the morning. When she noticed me, she came over to check in and make sure I was okay. Once she found out I needed to wait an hour for my blood sugar test, she kindly reminded me that I might want to move my car before the hour was up to avoid any parking issues — something I hadn’t even thought of. That’s really warm.
Don’t waste your time to go there
I just wanted to share some feedback about a frustrating experience I had during my recent visit to the clinic. I arrived on time for my appointment, but I wasn’t called in as scheduled. What made it more upsetting was seeing other patients who arrived later than me being taken in first. There was no explanation, and when I asked the receptionist about it, she was quite rude and dismissive. Receptionist are not helpful in urgent situation. Not recommended at all, especially in urgent situation.
