By far the best smoked meats I've had anywhere in the Evansville-Owensboro area. These guys are doing it proper! We were greeted at the door with friendly and fun guys, when they found out it was our first time there, they promptly prepared a sampler plate with several meats and sides. Every thing was great but the brisket and burnt ends were out of this world. Can't wait to pickup the smoked turkey for Thanksgiving!
Fast, super friendly, and AMAZING food!! We will definitely be back for more.

I can't say enough about this place. Everything is so good. Will be sure to go with the wife next time. The mac & cheese and the Texas caviar are standouts. That's saying a lot considering how great all the meat was. The baked beans blew my mind hole as I'm pretty sure they included some of the Texas caviar. Best barbecue I've ever had. Best barbecue in Evansville by far!

Burnt ends, brisket, pulled pork, mac and cheese, Texas caviar and corn/tomatoes and feta = last Sat. night's home smorgasbord. Tequila chicken and left overs from Sat. night made our Sunday night dinner. Let Bubbles, Otis and the gang make your weekend dinners; you won't be sorry!!!

We. Love. Carne Asada!!! It's so great to stock the fridge on Saturday with brisket and chicken and burnt ends and have meal prep for the week mostly done for me!!!!!
