On Aug. 14, 2025 I had a free car wash code to try this place out for the very first time. The Hispanic (Mexican) male employee who worked there was incredibly rude to me. After I went through the car wash and started to vacuum my car, the Hispanic (Mexican) male employee would walk up to my car and stare me down in a negative hostile way. Take pictures of your car all the way around before you use this car wash. I now have a big scratch on my new car. That was not there when I went through. Talk to the manager and he denied anything could ever happen inside.That car wash that would hurt my car.But I know for a fact It was not on my car when I started through the car ******** my new ***** ridgeline has a big scratch down the side of it

Two estimates have determined over 11K worth of damages by this company. They refuse to swap insurances to rectify this even after admitting fault.

They fraudulently took my wife's credit card on a subscription that she had declined. It was 6 months before I noticed the fraudulent charges. When you call the number posted on their website, it forwards to some mystery other business and they do not call back. The manager said they had fired the person that did this for doing this very thing. Clearly they are incentivizing their employees to get subscriptions and the employees do whatever it takes including fraud to accomplish this.

This place is horrible when it comes to canceling membership. They never answer the phone no way to get ahold of corporate office. As for as detailing my car the guy put so some much chemicals on my seats that it faded my leather seats they are far from professional car detailing. Will never go back there ever again

Very satisfied with their services! Love the fact that they have 21 locations! I travel throughout the DFW metroplex on a daily basis, so it makes it very easy and convenient to stop in and get my car shined up!

I think Carnation Car Wash is a greedy pirate by raising the rate for a Basic one-time wash from $7 to $10, a heavy ****% increase. What does the customer get for ****% more money? Nothing! Absolutely nothing. No greater service. No greater value. I will not patronize this business every again. They are too greedy and gouging the public just because we are in an inflationary economy. Carnation cannot justify this price using actual cost levels.

The one at ************** in ****** called the police on me. The general manager would not give me his name or corporate address or phone number. I have a ******* car wash card that has 2 hundred on it and was told they don't take it anymore. I had just up there a couple of months ago and they did take it. I ask what his name was and he would not give it to me and then he said if you don't leave I'm calling the police. I told him to call them but of course they never came. Brand new in Wylie, they took over from previous owners and have remodeled the vacuum bays. Tracy and the whole team was super friendly. They are definitely attending to customers. I paid for $13 wash, and as I was vacuuming, two men came to dry my car. Wow! I'll be back!
