Best car wash in the area and Thomas is very nice and understanding
Signed up for a "special" discounted membership rate. They charged me the regular amount. I reached out by phone and left several voicemails, even emailed them -- no response. Terrible customer service and shady business practice.
Price is fair for what is provided. They have a family plan discount for multiple cars. Employees have always been pleasant. They interior cleaning, even do detailing also if that is needed. Car always looks clean afterward, and that's the point of it. Saves me the "hard" work of always hand washing.
