I’m extremely disappointed. I signed up for what was supposed to be a one-month membership over a year ago, only to discover yesterday that I’ve been getting charged every single month since then — without my knowledge or consent. I never received any notification, and I haven’t used the service at all after that first month. This is incredibly frustrating and feels like a sneaky, misleading business practice.
