Supervisor Silvia came up to my vehicle as I was vacuum n swiping down the interior to threaten to terminate my membership for a Sticker placement a Carnation employee had done, As she demanded that the sticker placement be corrected IMMEDIATELY, I handed her the sticker and asked her to please do as I already had my hands full with cleaner and towel. They used to have employees doing a great job, now they just barely touched the brush and dry the car how they wanted it 🙄 . Definitely I searching for a different car wash.
