Was denied at a multiple dealerships, came here and got approved with only 500 down. drove off with a 2020 acordd.
purchased a vehicle after shopping around many dealers. Got a near brand new Accord with low miles on it. I have used them for repair on my car before and always had a good experience.
This company sold me a vehicle that was not legally Inspected. I took the vehicle to ******** for a separate inspection and the test results were bad. I found out that the brand new Nissan Rogue 2017 that I just purchased had no Brakes, no Rotors, a leak in the Transmission, and a busted Radiator. The customer purchased a vehicle at CarNation and did indeed take the vehicle over to ********. They did list a bunch of stuff that they think the car needed. The repairs were taken care of by CarNation. The customer insisted we pay ******** for repairs when we have technicians and a service center in house. That was the disagreement. We repairs the necessary repairs on the vehicle and even had State Troopers look over the vehicle. Besides a recommendation of brakes, no other faults were found related to inspection. I had been to a different dealer first go around and that sales person could not find the vehicle I was looking for or at least something comparable. Within 15 minutes of talking to Dave. he was able to find the exact vehicle I was looking for. He gave a bottom line price out the gate that no one else could come close to and got the ball rolling on getting the vehicle from a different dealer that day. I would highly recommend CarNation and ask for Dave. .
