We worked with Kinsley Carnahan. She's fantastic, knowledgeable, accessible, very responsive and knows how to get things done. We used her as our tenant placement agent and property manager before the sale and knew she would be in consideration for the broker spot if we decided to sell. She killed the sale.

Tom and Kinsley were very professional and organized. They met with us to plan the sale in terms of pricing and some touch up work to be done on the property before it was put up for sale. They also did virtual staging which we thought was an excellent idea. They made the process of selling the condo so seamless and easy and the offer we received was more than the asking price. Tom, Kinsley, John, and Doreen make a great team! Tom's great knowledge and experience balances well with Kinsley's energetic and forthright approach to taking care of business.
