Nickle and diming! I’ve used Carnahan thru my father’s real estate portfolio thru probate and I must say I’m very disappointed in the lack of attention to detail. When one of my tenants moved out, Carnahan charged me construction management fees for a basic turnover which no one does unless they are overseeing an upgrade. Also, they charged me for pool and gardening service fees.
