One last thing... this is NOT the ghetto, this is WEST BEND! This property should be run and taken care of properly. It looks like a property in milwaukee County, seriously! I can prove with pictures. I get they can't keep track of the people just tossing their trash wherever they want, but then they need to update the property, for what they're charging for rent, and install REAL, ACTUAL, video survalence, along with replacing ALL the lights in ALL thr parking lots. Some people have PTSD. I'll stop now. Lol!
I live in one of the "family section" apartments until this Friday. I have a 3 bedroom for the past 2 years. My rent went up $65 the first year, I kind of had to stay as I had back surgery a month before I had to renew my lease. This year went over $1000, which would be a good price for a 3 bedroom, private entry, with a garage, that doesn't lock, or have an opener. Problem is, this unit is above all 4 garages, and obviously has no insulation between the garage ceiling, and the apartment floor. The electric bill is over $400... read more
this has got to be the worst corporation ever!! maintenance people are a fucking joke. SLUM LORDS at its finest They don't fix shit or just cover the issue up with paint and caulk! Thinking it wont show up again smfh they are pathetic whole building need to be reconstructed !! lets not forget the horrible staff running the place. this place needes to be exposed 00000 stars Black mold non stop waterfalls sewer backups
