The best salon ever They open early...reasonable charges, no. 1 in best customer service. Very nice people, especially mommy Carmy & her beautiful daughter Elha, who always does my hair color (especially the blue one), who I get a lot of compliments. I 100% recommend them.
Hair Care Carmy's Salon is a great place to have your haircut. I've been going here ever since I've lived in Milpitas and it's the only place I go to. The employees there treat you like a friend and can keep an interesting conversation going. I only go here for my haircut, but they also do other things such as facials or your nails.
